Therapists to sign off on sessions through NPA Works
The option for therapists to sign off on sessions through NPA Works. We use NPA Works throughout the day so we also can have access to client/staff info and reports. We shouldn't have to sign off and go into NPA Go just to sign off on the session.

Create a hybrid unit rounding option
We have one funding source with strange rounding rules for hour-long units. Anything between 8-90 mins rounds to 1 unit, 91-150 mins rounds to 2 units, 151-210 rounds to 3 units, etc. Without a custom rounding rule, we have to manually edit any appointments that are over one hour in duration so that we are not overbilling units, but also can bill appointments between 8-30 mins in duration.

15 minute increments on schedule
The schedule on code metro is currently split into 30 minute increments. Our past software had it split into 15 minute increments so appointments don't look as though they're overlapping just because they're on the 15 or 45 minute mark. The option to change our scheduler into 15 minutes would be helpful so we can just look at the schedule and tell if appointments are actually overlapping.

Filter by clinician for Daily notes - to allow supervisor to sign off and review easily
Add an option to produce daily notes by clinician so that the supervisor can review and sign off on them easily

Supervisors to sign off on Clinical Notes
For anyone that is using Assistants that require a supervisor to sign off on their notes is a requirement by law. I see an old report in the "reporting" tab, but it no longer is active. We currently are having to use an outside esignature system to comply with the law, when this should be a service that could be part of NPA.

location display
Display location on NPAWorks appointments. As of now, you have to enter into the actual appointment itself to see the location. It would be amazing for it to display on the calendar view (similar to NPAGo)

Allow maximum units for CPT code at funding source level
Allow us to put unit limits on CPT codes at the funding source level. Currently this is only allowed at the client level for each case. There are several CPT codes that have daily limits at the funding source level. (Examples are 97153 - 32 units per day, 97151 8 units per day, etc.) If we could set the limit at the funding source level this would be much quicker than having to do this at the level of each client case. (I believe this used to be a feature and has been removed and we really miss it!)

Allow supervisors to sign mileage electronically.
Staff have the ability to review and electronically sign their mileage reports before printing.
Can the generated mileage reports then be made available for the staff's direct supervisor to review / approve?

Allow customized Notes/Issues by type
Allow users to customize notes/issues by type.
- Auto-populated text in fields (Subject, Body) that can be referred to as a template.
- Designate required fields
- Auto-populate whether expiration is required / provide warning.
- Choose when note expires based on type.We have several documents that we need to refer to daily in order to verify if/when expiration date and warning is required and to copy and paste text templates into the notes/issues based on the type. We should have the ability to format this in NPA based on Note Type.

Proposed Staff and Recommended Hours
I would like to have a section for clients under the personal information to be Potential Staff and Recommended Hours. We use this to plan for our clients ahead of time and to make sure we are fulfilling hours. We do not use School Grade in the system. Replacing that with Potential Staff and/or recommended hours would be really helpful

Support
The support department use to be phenomenal. But as of the past year it has gone so far downhill that we are considering moving to another company.

Flex Report to provide total 'count' of sessions
Flex Report that will provide a COUNT of sessions (instead of hours provided in contract fulfillment report).
We have a service authorization that is fulfilled by the NUMBER of sessions, NOT the number of hours. The contract fulfillment report gives us the number of hours provided only.

Track changes made in NPA, who made them and when.
Adding a Who/When button that opens a pop-up window showing who created the record and when, as well as who last modified the record and when.
This button could be useful in the client account window, staff account window, appointment details window, client contract window, etc...

Session logs which include therapy activities and student performance.
I would like to be able to call up a listing of the "content" of my sessions, including the activities that I used in treatment, and my notes of client performance. This would be very helpful in helping me write my progress reports which are required periodically.

Option to Review ERA's before posting (ERA Posting Review Queue)
A few RCM clients have asked if we could update our system to prompt them to review ERA postings before committing the automatic postings.
Having the functionality to review ERA's and press a button to confirm a post manually could fix a lot of our posting error issues.

Flag overlapping non-service appointments (blue overlapping Green)
System would flag as error if a non-service Blue appointment overlapped with a Green Billable service appointment.
