Claims Manager: Filter for Line Item Status
Include a filter for: Line Item Status in the Insurance Claims Manager view. This will give the biller the ability to exclusively pull up claims by their specific status type and review them. E.G. Sent, Accepted, Rejected, etc.

Columns and Tags/Labels
Hi,
We should be able to customize what columns we can look at whether in staff or in clients. Additionally, there should be some sort of tags or labels that we can create to view and sort by (similar to the staus but will allow us to have multiple tags for one client.)

Staff signatures
I would like a way (button) to view staff signatures from NPA Works similar to the way I can click on guardian signature from the appointment screen.

Show total hours left in authorization
When an individual schedule is open, show not only how many hours are left for the week or the month, but how many are left for the entire authorization period. With insurance companies and Medi-Cal, we are given bulk amounts for the entire auth period which we can use any way we choose. We have some clients who, for example, are only authorized for 15 hours/week, but we schedule them for 25 hours/week because twice a year they take lengthy breaks from treatment. Session logs which include therapy activities and student performance.
I would like to be able to call up a listing of the "content" of my sessions, including the activities that I used in treatment, and my notes of client performance. This would be very helpful in helping me write my progress reports which are required periodically.

Flex Reports as a Scheduled Job
The ability to schedule Flex Reports to run at either a specified time, after hours, or as a nightly job.
This could be beneficial for largely populated reports agencies typically need to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Especially when an Admin logs in and it's ready and viewable.
This may even help performance since large scale reports could be ran outside of peak usage hours for Staff and Therapists.

Flag overlapping non-service appointments (blue overlapping Green)
System would flag as error if a non-service Blue appointment overlapped with a Green Billable service appointment.

Include Telehealth in Log reports
Some clinics have requested the ability to include and display if a session was Telehealth. Maybe another column like Telehealth: Yes/No or the location code can be displayed.
This could be for reports like PVR's, PVF's, and DSL's

Productivity Reports (Billable appointments)
I would like to see the option to view billable productivity. The only option is to see all scheduled productivity rather than what the clinicians actually bill per month. This was something your competitors are doing like Central Reach and it is very helpful in tracking our clinical team's productivity.

Daily Progress Notes with patient funding source ID and Guardian Signature included
The Daily Progress Notes currently only has the provider signature, but we also need the guardian signature included. Our funding sources would also like their ID on their report. We cannot make edits to include these if we do not have MS Word. If possible, it would be great to be able to select headings to populate in the Daily Progress Note to tailor it to what our funding sources requires.

Update Trainings in Knowledge Base
Hi! I noticed that the instructions for Parent Portal look as though they are based off an old version of NPA. Can this be updated please? We love to use these in our trainings, so having them reflect the actual layout of NPAWorks would be helpful!

overlapping appointments
Overlapping appointments: We need ability to allow/disallow overlapping appointments by SERVICE. All or nothing on this feature has proven this setting useless to us. We need to allow overlapping appointments for group services, but do not want staff to have ability to enter overlapping appointments for any other appointment.

GIVE THE OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE COLUMNS ON THE MAIN PAGE
It would be nice to be able to add additional columns to the main page so we can filter through important information we are looking for. Lately we have to be creative in using the current columns to the best of our ability, but we are still limited on how much information we can provide.

COVID symptom checklist automatic message to families and staff
As we move back to in-person services, it would be wonderful to have the ability to automatically message staff and families with the CDC symptom checklist prior to an appointment. This could be an automatic text letting them know they must answer no to all symptoms or they need to cancel services.

Report for average monthly rendered hours
A report that displays the average monthly hours provided to the client in a given year.
This can be accomplished by calculating the sum of rendered time divided by the number of serviced months in the period looked for.
If possible, also include the average monthly hours provided separated by location code.3 votes -
Daily Progress Notes Report that includes both Activity Note and Result Notes
Currently the Daily Progress Notes report only displays the appointment Result Notes per session. This is beneficial for parents and legally required by some funding sources.

Standardizing/validating phone number field format
Is there any plan for standardizing how phone numbers are entered and then validated for format in NPAWorks? Parenthesis, dashes, no dashes, it's all over the place!

Cross-Walk CPT Codes When Transferring Charges to Bill to Secondary Insurance
When transferring charge lines to submit for payment to a Secondary Insurance company, it would be great if NPAWorks could use a conversion table to insert the equivalent H or 9 style CPT codes used by each payor.
Having to manually change this before submission to Secondaries is very time consuming and prone to user error if not done carefully.
