A validation report that pulls appt validation error details.
We can run a report a see their is an error in the appt but not full details. Then we need to run a schedule check to find the error. It would be nice to pull this data from one report.

UI suggestion
Hi, since it seems I can't post a screenshot here, I will try to describe a suggested improvement to the UI if could. There are several modules that have this same issue. For an example, look at Flexible Reports.
on the left, the list of report names. The bottom 2/3 of this section is rarely useful. The real important thing I'd like to see is the complete list as I am working reports and when I expand the selections, I have to scroll up & down using the scrollbars. IMHO you could shrink or minimize the bottom "greay" area so…

Allow Full Appointment Window to be Viewed when above 125% Scale for Display Settings
The new fields in the appointment window have caused the Location field to not fit, even when maximized. The only solutions are to decrease scale in display settings or minimize the ribbon. The recommended scale on my screen is 200% so decreasing below that is inconvenient. Please find a way to show the full appointment window without customers having to make concessions to their regular workflow.

Notes and Issues access. Create one access point for all clients Notes and issues. with one click be able to choose appropriate client
Create ability to access Notes and issues from main screen. Since notes and issues need to be added often, that can remain open, then from there you can quickly choose client and add note without having to open client files and then notes and issues.

Remove need for Lead User + DX Code for Catalyst Clients
Currently NPAWorks requires a user to add a DX code and select a "Lead User" to push this client data to Catalyst, however it is not required within Catalyst itself. Can this restriction be removed?

Rollover Unused Minutes
Having the option to rollover any unused minute for particular services (especially parent training or supervision) would be very helpful. Sometimes, clients don't opt to schedule parent training appointments for a full month, but then want to schedule several the following month. If there was an option when distributing the authorized units/minutes allowing us to rollover any unused minutes, it would also allow us to remain within the total authorized units but also adjust flexibly each month if need be.

Add Provider Signatures in NPAWorks
have therapists be able to sign on NPA works. Appointments need therapist signature to be rendered but you can only sign as therapist on NPA go.

More Clearly Indicate Where Charges Went in Claims Manager
I added Regional Center as a secondary payer to a client's contract and transferred over their remaining insurance balance to the Regional Center.
For those charge lines transferred to Regional Center, under the "Billed As" column, it changed to "Other". Is there a way to get "Regional Center" appear under this column?

Allow deletion of unsynced Catalyst time sheets
Not sure if this should fall under billing, but since it effects billing accuracy I put it here. There needs to be a mechanism in which you can delete unused or unwanted Catalyst time sheets in the NPA works Catalyst sync screen. This should also effect unwanted/unused Clients and Employees.
For example, we have to create catalyst accounts for parents to record data. When you open the sync screen, all of the parent accounts are there and look like unsynced employees.
Another example is when there is a mistake in a Catalyst time sheet/SOAP note. Even if the error note…

Button to Delete Notes
The addition of an action button that would allow us to delete an incorrectly applied note. We understand deleting is not an option for posting but would like this feature for at least notes.

Include client/funding source subtotals in the Billing Ledger flex report
Include client and funding source subtotals in the Billing Ledger flex report. We would like to use Code Metro as a replacement for our current Claims Tracker (excel spreadsheet), but in order to have full functionality, we need to be able to pull subtotals per client and funding source for each month of service easily.

Billing Ledger Flex Report additional parameter to pull by client.
Revenue cycle manager in office would like to pull the billing ledger per kiddo to see all items billed in a period of time with out the need to pull all kiddos in the same funding source.

Show how many minutes have been used by code - so the therapists can see how much is remaining.
Right now you have to run a billing review to see how many units have been used, and compare that to how much was authorized. It needs to be simpler so the therapists can easily see this information.

The software should allow saving/archiving/recall of all claims - original, corrected, voids, etc.
I am coming from the world of Central Reach. Did you know, in Central reach, when you generate a claim, that original claim is then always in the system. Unchanged.
If one needs to generate a corrected claim, they generate a NEW CORRECTED CLAIM - and the ORIGINAL WRONG CLAIM is still in the system, able to be reviewed and viewed, even printed. The system retains all claims - I could generate 12 corrected claims for the same DOS, and find all 12 of them in the system chronological.
Why on earth does NPA not do this?!?!?! Overwrite the original…

Auto-Transfer Unpaid Balance to Secondary/Patient Resp. for Manual Payments
It would be nice if NPAWorks could automatically transfer manually-created Payments that have a remaining balance to the client's Secondary insurance (if they have one) or to the Patient Responsibility portion
This is cumbersome for Manual Postings since an additional Transfer to Patient Resp. transaction must be done each time - it would be nice for this behavior to be the same for either Payment type.
