Global School/District Referenced Schedules
For heavy School District based Clinics, it would be ideal to have a global to high level calendar that District funded client schedules could reference stored Holidays, Breaks, and Observed Non-Service days/weeks for the school year.
This would prove less cumbersome to the user, as they could propagate this global schedule into the client's Designated Services Weeks and recognized Observed Non-Service Days.

Staff weekly work hours at glance on the schedules
To be able to see daily work hours at glance on the schedules. I find myself constantly running the staff weekly hours to make sure our employees get 8hrs a day. It makes the job very tedious to having to jump from the schedules to the report all day long.

Daily Service Log Option with Session Notes

Appointment Reminder for Supervisor caseload
Be able to send the Appointment Reminder On Update messaging job to Supervisors for clients they supervise but aren't scheduled with.

time sheet signatures
Having staff signatures automatically populate time sheets and then batch print them for a whole pay period so we can have a pdf record of all staff's time sheets with signatures for a given pay period (i.e. 05/01/20-05/15/20).

Bulk Push of NPA Staff/Clients to Catalyst
With larger accounts with 200+ staff/clients, it does not make sense to manually push staff and clients from NPA to Catalyst one by one. If there was a feature that allows admins to push large batches of NPA staff/clients over to CATALYST, this would make the integration a more efficient experience.

Multiple Appointment Status Change: Staff Cancellation
When a staff is out we would love to have the ability to change the status to "staff cancellation" for all appointments on one day or a date range instead of having to go in and cancel each individual appointment.

It would be ideal if the Claims Ledger and Payments Ledger views had a Print and/or Export feature to create an audit trail containing a breakdown of payments and adjustments made.

Enter allowed/approved time for non-billable time
We would like the ability to allot/restrict non-billable time:
1. For blue non-service appointments.
and
2. For green service appointments (with no service time/non-billable). Without having to enter a 2nd service option for the same service.5 votes -
I haven't been able to access reports in NPA yet. I've emailed and called, and no one is returning call/messages. Can someone help me ?
We need access to client reports. I was told that reports are in NPA, but haven't been able to access reports in NPA yet. I've left messages, and no one is returning email or calls. Also would be nice is report could be generated/accessed that shows total hours used and left for the month, and total sessions canceled by parent/client/staff. A list of service dates/hours would be easier than having to click on each day separately, and adding everything up. If this is all available here somewhere, training on how/where to access everything would be very helpful.

More Flex Reports for Team Organization
Flex reports that show more information about the teams. We would like to see a flex report that shows us the students (clients) assigned to each team member. We would also like to see a flex report that shows the relationship between team members.

Service Time in Contract Fulfillment or Appointments Admin - Parameter for Appts. Within Auth
A Column Option should be added to the Contract Fulfillment report that reflects service time whether rendered or not.
-AND/OR-
A Parameter on the Appointments Admin report that gives the user the ability to restrict displaying service appointments within a client's current contract start and end auth dates.

Custom Warnings/Notes for Clients
Kareo client profiles used to have an option for 'warnings' which would appear at the top of a window any time that client was involved. For example, if the member has a secondary insurance we would add a warning 'member has 10% secondary.' This warning would appear 1. on his profile 2. while posting payments 3. creating statements 4. in the claims window (in this case the window that opens from the claims ledger via the Claim Manager). We would also have the option to select where we want that warning to pop up (options 1 through 4).

Auto-Update Charge Line Status when Balance reaches 0
To reduce issues with inflated A/R balances in Flex Reports, it would be nice to have the option to automatically update the "Status" of a Charge Line to "Complete" once Payment has been applied and the associated Ins/Secondary/Patient balances reach 0, instead of requiring a user to manually apply an additional transaction to close out the charge.

recurring appointments overhaul
Please add code into the scheduling portion of Go and Works that will NOT allow providers to schedule PAST the authorization on file in the system. Currently, a provider can add as many recurrences as they wish and it doesn't cause an issue until they try to render their appointments. They then take valuable time to have to redo or delete a ton of appointments they have entered.
