  2. A/R Aging report: Positive FS Balance if Client payment covers the rest

    A/R Aging report: If a Client Payment posted then FS Payment posted then show +FS Balance instead of a Negative.
    Example:
    If the full balance (Charge Amount) is 75. The client pays 15 for Co-Pay, the fs balance shouldn't be negative in the Funding Source Balance when the FS paid 60.
    Currently is shows a balance of '-15' in the FS Balance despite the copay being paid and the FS paying 60.

    This can be rather confusing, making the user think that it's still owed because it shows a negative number when it was paid.

  3. Inactivate Staff Services Provided

    As clinical staff in an ABA Practice gain experience and higher level credentials, they are able to provide more specialized and advanced services - these can often bill for a higher rate and generate more income for a practice.

    It would be helpful to have a way to update "old" services that a staff record used to provide, in such a way that practice would can "Inactivate" these old services, so more senior staff do not get accidentally scheduled for a lower-level/lower rate service.

    Can we have the option to search automatically when we hit enter and we plug in info in one of the options while posting money? This would also be useful in the claims wizard

  6. Apply payment error of 500+ claims

    Is there any way you can make this error go away when we click on Apply payment? We already know we have a bunch of claims. There should be a way to be able to load all of the claims in the background.

  7. Claim Tracker Keeps track of all activity

    Would like to see the Claim Tracker log any changes made to a claim. Would be ideal to keep track of any changes on a claim prior to saving, and once you save create a note in the Claims Ledger on what was updated/changed.

    This feature would help us in regards to not having to leave so many confusing notes. People also change things ona claim without leaving a note. So if any field gets changed or mutiple, the note would read: Box X, Y, & Z updated on 1/1/2020

  9. Posting payment should show ALL claims money was posted to

    checks should ONLY show claims where money was applied to. Why is it pulling all claims for a patient? When your posting and searching, the claims youve already applied money to should remain.

  10. More information on Contracts tab that populate onto the Services Tab

    Right now only the authorization effective and end dates populate from the Contracts tab to the Services tab. It would be nice if we had a spot for the authorization number, diagnosis code, and rendering provider on the Contracts page that could automatically populate over to the Services page. (I realize you can copy a contract; but having these features directly on the Contracts tab would be nice.)

  12. Certain Columns Required in Claims Wizard

    In the Claims Wizard If service date, place of service, cpt code, diag1, or rendering provider are missing from a claim I want it to give a RED validation error and not let me or other the current user to continue.
    This way it prevents me from accidentally generating incomplete claims and submitting them, only for them to be rejected.

    Currently it only gives a warning.

  13. Create time frames for Private pay funding sources

    Ability to add unit handling to private pay funding sources. This will allow for accurate scheduling and effective billing processes for all services that are not related to insurance. This will allow for transparency with billing and reimbursement. Rational: You do not want to report a 5-minute service with a 60-minute scheduling block.

  15. Flag appointment when there is a HUGE discrepency in Time entered

    When a provider enters AM and the appointment was a PM appointment that ends in PM. If the client appoint shows start time as 1:00AM and ending at 5:00Pm there is OBVIOUSLY an error. The system should be intuitive enough to know that there is not going to be a service time running that long. A warning and inability to render the appointment until the time is checked and verified as correct should pop. A note such as WARNING the appoint time you selected shows 15hours of service!
