Units = minutes
I'd like to see max sessions column converted to units. Enter units and frequency and have SOFTWARE calculate the minutes per authorization. Even better minutes per authorization AND new column for mintues per week.

Lock a Note in Notes and Issues
We are using Notes and Issues when inputting OT/PT/Feeding notes that go to CVRC. We would like the option to locking those notes, as CVRC will now have access to these instead of us printing and sending them. We have given CVRC minimal securities, but we don't want other staff members to accidently delete, change, etc. So if we can lock a note, that would be great! Of course, Admin would have the access to unlock should that be necessary.

Warning that there is another staff working on Record/Schedule
Provide a warning when there are two staff working on the same schedule, staff record or client record to prevent from encountering Database errors that don't allow them to save.

Saved Appointment Notification
In an effort to make Saving appointment changes even more user friendly, I propose:
A UI indicator or message that displays on an appointment or schedule that indicates if a schedule has been successfully saved or not.
E.G., 3 dots "..." or a symbol displayed at the top of a schedule or a "Saved Successfully" message after a Save or Save and Close action has been performed.

Add Appt. Last Updated field as a report parameter to the Appointment Admin Report
Add "Appt. Last Updated" field as a report parameter to the Appointment Admin Report. This way, if any record in the past is updated, this field can be queried and it will be MUCH easier to extract these records.

Maximum hours per day cap on an authorization
With New CPT codes, the requirements are to meet maximum daily hours/units per service code. A way to put a cap on the service hours and a report to track the hours by service code would be great.

Can you automate traveling time so that I don't have to calculate it on google maps and enter it myself.
If staff is traveling from one appointment to another appointment. I have to enter a blue appointment for travel time and mileage. Instead of me, entering can this be automatically calculated. This would save me so much time.

Validate Service Appointments Based on Direct/Indirect Setting
It would be nice to have the system know to only allow certain CPT codes for Direct vs. Indirect billing
For example, only allow services with CPT code 97151 to be billed as Direct appts, any Direct services with 97152 would throw a warning.

Recalculate Client Charges Based on Overpayment Take Backs
It would be a massive help to have the Payment Ledger be able to detect a "take back" in an EOB (money being subtracted for previous overpayment) and then automatically look up the original payment to un-apply those monies in some sort of logical fashion.

Validation For 8 Hours Of Daily Service For Client
Most insurance funding sources stipulate a maximum of 8 hours service per day. Please create a validation option for this in addition to checking against total, weekly or monthly hours authorized.

Show Clock-In and Clock-Out times on the Reconcile Reported Times screen
When staff members use the Clock-On and Clock-Out feature, show those times in the Reconcile Reported Times screen to make it easier to make changes to the appointments and avoid human error coming from manually reconciling times.

Option to pull "notes" like we pull PVFS so we can print all notes instead of having to pull 1 by 1.

Option in Bulk Verification Report to Include Terminated Clients
It is difficult to produce historical data in the form of PVR's if a subset of clients are terminated/no longer active.
An option, such as a checkbox, in the PVR window that would allow users to include these terminated clients, would be much more convenient than the alternative (re-activating each client)1 vote -
