More Clearly Indicate Where Charges Went in Claims Manager
I added Regional Center as a secondary payer to a client's contract and transferred over their remaining insurance balance to the Regional Center.
For those charge lines transferred to Regional Center, under the "Billed As" column, it changed to "Other". Is there a way to get "Regional Center" appear under this column?

Button to Delete Notes
The addition of an action button that would allow us to delete an incorrectly applied note. We understand deleting is not an option for posting but would like this feature for at least notes.

Include client and funding source subtotals in the Billing Ledger flex report. We would like to use Code Metro as a replacement for our current Claims Tracker (excel spreadsheet), but in order to have full functionality, we need to be able to pull subtotals per client and funding source for each month of service easily.

Exclude Prior Statements Charges When Generating New Ones - Eliminate Duplicate
To avoid duplicate posting of payments, it would be useful for the Statements feature to exclude charges that have been billed on a previous statement, or to simply add a section that shows unpaid charges from previous periods.

Global Mileage Rate for Staff
It would be convenient to have a global mileage rate that could be entered in Settings -> HR Management that would auto-insert this rate whenever adding a new Pay Code to a staff profile.
Tools to Propagate Rate Changes to future or past dates would also be helpful to manage Mileage rates in-bulk (a table keeping track of changes/propagations would also be nice)

time sheet signatures
Having staff signatures automatically populate time sheets and then batch print them for a whole pay period so we can have a pdf record of all staff's time sheets with signatures for a given pay period (i.e. 05/01/20-05/15/20).

I haven't been able to access reports in NPA yet. I've emailed and called, and no one is returning call/messages. Can someone help me ?
We need access to client reports. I was told that reports are in NPA, but haven't been able to access reports in NPA yet. I've left messages, and no one is returning email or calls. Also would be nice is report could be generated/accessed that shows total hours used and left for the month, and total sessions canceled by parent/client/staff. A list of service dates/hours would be easier than having to click on each day separately, and adding everything up. If this is all available here somewhere, training on how/where to access everything would be very helpful.

Service Time in Contract Fulfillment or Appointments Admin - Parameter for Appts. Within Auth
A Column Option should be added to the Contract Fulfillment report that reflects service time whether rendered or not.
-AND/OR-
A Parameter on the Appointments Admin report that gives the user the ability to restrict displaying service appointments within a client's current contract start and end auth dates.

Auto-Update Charge Line Status when Balance reaches 0
To reduce issues with inflated A/R balances in Flex Reports, it would be nice to have the option to automatically update the "Status" of a Charge Line to "Complete" once Payment has been applied and the associated Ins/Secondary/Patient balances reach 0, instead of requiring a user to manually apply an additional transaction to close out the charge.

Add a column to Quickbooks Export report
Our school districts are requiring that we include the purchase order/contract number on our invoices. These numbers change annually.
We have a designated box on the invoices in Quickbooks for P.O. #.
I’m wondering if we enter that number into the Contract No. field within NPAWorks Funding source, is it something that could be added as a column option to the report?

The ability to have multiple client guardians receive the Guardian Appointment Reminders (and Reminders on Update) messaging jobs would be very useful for clients who live in non-traditional family arrangements.

Separate 'FirstName' and 'LastName' columns in Appointments Admin
Include separate column options for 'FirstName' and 'LastName' in the 'Appointments Admin' for both clients and staff.
Currently, there is only 'Client Name' and 'Staff Name' which combines the first and last names into 1 column.1 vote -
