  4. Security permissions based on user rather than role

    When staff's responsibilities are changing quickly would be easier to have the system security be based off of a particular user rather than a role. This would allow more flexibility and be able to customize permissions smoothly.

  5. Sorting Individualized

    Need individualized sorting. Would love to be able to add column to main page to include supervisor for each client. Then I can search by supervisor caseload or group clients that way on the main page.

  6. Validation for staff scheduled into overtime

    A new validation warning that checks the amount of completed labor time for a staff and displays a message for staff would exceed their daily OT limit.

    When the validation check is run on a staff's schedule, it should check the payroll time completed so far for the day (service & non-service payroll appts) and cause any appointments that will allow a staff to exceed their daily OT threshold to turn orange - preventing them from being rendered.

  7. Bulk Authorizations

    Handle bulk authorizations from funding sources. Example: will receive 20 hrs per week for the authorizations that can be split between supervision and the therapists. This is difficult to set up because the amount of time sups and therapist can see the client varies week to week. Allow for a pool of hours that can be split between a group of services.

  9. Ability to generate re-occuring reports at scheduled time.

    Would like calendar lock report to be run at midnight on day of lock. To query results of those not locked at that time. Supervisors unlock for changes, so if this report is not run at this time, then we get results that include staff that were locked on time and then unlocked by sometimes as early as 5am the next day.

    The ability to have multiple hire/termed dates for staff that term then come back to the company. This would help with recording keeping, scheduling, HR needs, etc.

  11. Have same day of service on same claim form even if place of service is different

    We are getting denials because the insurance companies want the same dates of service to be on one claim form, not split when the place of service is different.

  12. When we enter client's services we have a pull down for the Service locations. We put the service location as the Agency office for PROGRAM

    We have a pull down for the Service locations. We put the service location as the Agency office for PROGRAMING and home location for DIRECT services. It would help if this location would be pulled over to the CLAIMS.

  14. BCAT Supervision Tracking

    A feature to track supervision and training hours for the BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) developed by the Behavioral Intervention Certification Council (BICC).

    It serves a similar purpose to the RBT certification/license & and Supervision requirements appear to be almost identical.
    The only missing functionality appears to be the required BCAT form in which supervision is to be documented.

    Option for a rolling history of changes to Notes, in order to:
    1) prevent accidental overwrite
