  5. Please add effective dates to staff services.

    Please add effective dates to staff services. If a staff can no longer provide a service (say they lose their license), how can we prevent them from using that service? We cannot turn off the service on the staff record because there are no effective dates on them so all the appts in history go red and we get Staff doesn't provide this service upon validation.
    Also in NYS we have limited scope for LBAs/BCBAs and new regulations over past few years so they should not be providing certain non-autism services. We have ind contractors educators that should no longer…

  6. More information/insight on Staff

    Hello reader. I think NPA should have in the staff notes a check box for HR indicating whether or not a team member is eligible for rehire. If staff is not eligible for rehire we can check the box. There should also be a section (besides notes) where we can input whether or not the staff member has allergies to animals or any other pertinent item that may be found in client homes. I also think there should be a search function to look up this information. Thank you so much for reading and enjoy your day.

  7. Access Claims Wizard from top tool bar

    Similar to how the Invoice function allows users to go directly to generate Invoices on the main screen of NPAWorks, it would be nice to have the ability to directly access the Claims Wizard instead of only being able to access through the Claims Manager

  8. Move Special Identifier button to the top toolbar

    Would is be possible to move the special identifier button to the top toolbar like all of the other buttons? It is an important button that is not easily seen, so it will be better suited to be more visible in the top toolbar.

  11. completed vs scheduled payroll hours

    I would like to see completed hours be from the current date/time to the beginning of the week and scheduled be the entire week. So I can easily take a look at where my current hours are at.

    Option to only display clients or staff who have appointments based on the Matrix filters entered rather than all staff and clients regardless of whether appointments are present.

  16. More details for warning flags on client/staff pages

    Display more information on why as staff or client has been flagged on the main pages. Currently, a red flag requires the user to investigate the client/staff record to see find what specific part of the record is causing the issue. Instead, be able to hover over the record so it will show exactly what has expired.

  19. Show client responsibility in the appointment

    For in-office visits, the appointment should automatically calculate the client's copay, coinsurance, etc, to show the client responsibility directly in the appointment window. That way, the front office staff can stop doing cumbersome manual calculations while the client is waiting to leave the office.
