  1. Customize Alerts/Flags Timeframe

    Alerts are only set up for less than 30, 60 days etc. We should be able to customize the flagged alert system such as being able to set up custom days/time (i.e. flag clients when authorization is set to expire in 45 days instead of preset times)

  2. We would like the ability to turn on weekends by student, not by funding source

    We would like the ability to turn on weekends by student, not by funding source. Once we open up the calendar any student in that funding source can be billed. That is not accurate. Districts give permission for weekends and vacations on a per student basis.

  4. Track, manage pending authorizations

    Provide a better way to manage and track pending auths and appointments that are scheduled before the auth is received. Can the system help flag when service is provided in advance of a formal auth?

  5. Pay codes tied to appointment status types

    Ability to tie pay codes to appointment status types. For example, a payroll, non-billable status type will have 0 service time, AND the correct pay code (which might not be the default pay code).

  10. Map services to 2 funding sources for secondary ins.

  13. Able to switch the order of the appointment notes fields

    The ability to change the order of notes in appointments. Activity Notes are used more than the Office Notes and sometimes staff accidentally put session notes in Office Notes.

  15. Option in Appointment Status Types to set default service time & duration

    The ability to have an Appointment Status Type update the duration + service time of an appointment to a specific minute value when the auto-render feature is checked, such as in the case of unexpected cancellations where a default billable service time & and staff pay amount can be set.

  18. Mass delete of appointments

    The ability for an admin to mass delete appointments for a given date range. Have the option to select which clients and staff are deleted.
    Helpful when a staff or client gets terminated or when appointments are entered in error.

  19. Send messages/alerts from appointment window

    For both group and individual appointments, ability to send customized texts/emails to clients and/or staff from the appointment window itself, with the ability for them to reply back to the patron scheduler/administrator only. For group appts, be able to send multiple texts/emails at one time.

  20. Report of unfulfilled make up hours

    Want a report that will tell you "week of XXXX you have 2 hours left, week of XXX you have 3 hours left", based on weekly frequency contracts. School funding sources allow make up hours.
    Right now, only option is to go week by week to see where hours were not fulfilled by using the CF Snapshot on schedules.
