  1. Apply payment error of 500+ claims

    Is there any way you can make this error go away when we click on Apply payment? We already know we have a bunch of claims. There should be a way to be able to load all of the claims in the background.

  2. Show how many minutes have been used by code - so the therapists can see how much is remaining.

    Right now you have to run a billing review to see how many units have been used, and compare that to how much was authorized. It needs to be simpler so the therapists can easily see this information.

  3. Payment Reversals

    You should NOT be able to do a Paynet Reversal of an amount GREATER than what you have posted. We should be getting some type of error stating 'You are reversing more money than has been applied.' I was (accidentally) able to reverse the full amount of a claim which had a copay.

  4. Option to View notes

    Currently in the Claims Ledger we have to open the Edit Charge Line window full view in order to extend the notes and see what ppl have entered. We need an option when we right click not only to copy but to view the full note in like a small pop up window.

  5. Claim Tracker Keeps track of all activity

    Would like to see the Claim Tracker log any changes made to a claim. Would be ideal to keep track of any changes on a claim prior to saving, and once you save create a note in the Claims Ledger on what was updated/changed.

    This feature would help us in regards to not having to leave so many confusing notes. People also change things ona claim without leaving a note. So if any field gets changed or mutiple, the note would read: Box X, Y, & Z updated on 1/1/2020

  6. Posting payment should show ALL claims money was posted to

    checks should ONLY show claims where money was applied to. Why is it pulling all claims for a patient? When your posting and searching, the claims youve already applied money to should remain.

  7. More information on Contracts tab that populate onto the Services Tab

    Right now only the authorization effective and end dates populate from the Contracts tab to the Services tab. It would be nice if we had a spot for the authorization number, diagnosis code, and rendering provider on the Contracts page that could automatically populate over to the Services page. (I realize you can copy a contract; but having these features directly on the Contracts tab would be nice.)

  8. More Flex Reports for Team Organization

    Flex reports that show more information about the teams. We would like to see a flex report that shows us the students (clients) assigned to each team member. We would also like to see a flex report that shows the relationship between team members.

  9. Certain Columns Required in Claims Wizard

    In the Claims Wizard If service date, place of service, cpt code, diag1, or rendering provider are missing from a claim I want it to give a RED validation error and not let me or other the current user to continue.
    This way it prevents me from accidentally generating incomplete claims and submitting them, only for them to be rejected.

    Currently it only gives a warning.

  10. Auto Generate CPT codes when "insurance" is selected as funding source, for "services" provided

    When "services" are built in the system, allow the NPA administrator user to plug in CPT codes there. When a new insurance funding source is added, the CPT code an Physician Fee is automatically populated with the service. The user could then just check off what "services" they are providing for this funding source as usual. This would decrease the amount of hand entry of codes for each new funding source which is often repetitive, decrease the risk of human error.

  11. Clinical Notes to be produced in a Professional Standard Format

    When Running Clinical Notes, each client should be on a separate document and not on an Excel sheet. This should be similar format to how NPA runs invoices, services logs, and other individual PDF or word documents. This would appear clean, professional, and meet HIPAA standards.

  12. Client notes to have Funding source filter, and batched by individual client

    When pulling "Client Notes", there should be the ability to set a parameter to filter by funding source, and date range. that way when a funding source is requesting clinical notes for a period of time, it is much easier to filter and find the clients. Furthermore, they should be able to be "batched" so that each client is run on a separate report in order to meet HIPAA standards.

    When multiple rows are selected in a window such as the Claims Wizard or Manager, highlight the selected rows so that it is easy to tell them apart from those that aren't selected.

  17. Enter allowed/approved time for non-billable time

    We would like the ability to allot/restrict non-billable time:
    1. For blue non-service appointments.
    and
    2. For green service appointments (with no service time/non-billable). Without having to enter a 2nd service option for the same service.

  19. Have the ability to quickly see the client's current balance, not have to run an A/R report. (Feature that Kareo had).

    Right now, you have to run an A/R report to get the client's most current balance. When the client's Mom is standing right next to you wanting to write a check for the full amount, you don't want to be fiddling around trying to run a report. Kareo had a great feature where you could open the client's account and run a most current statement - took all of 30 seconds - a much better way to go.

  20. Show Multiple Months Across Top/Side

    In processing paperwork (yes, paper) turned in at month-end for rendering sessions, it constantly requires backing up to the prior month (btw, the arrows are very small).

    Would be nice to have at least the prior month showing, for easy click into prior month. (Also serves as reminder that I am not working on the current month showing.)

    And/or if the scrolling to prior/future months could be faster(?). Referencing an appointment in the prior year is very cumbersome.
