Why does everything "squish" when resizing the window on Mac?
Makes it virtually unable to read when working with like 7 open windows on screen, why can't the resolution (or whatever it's called) stay the same so I can still use it?

Terminated Clients Visible as Default Setting
GIVE ME THE OPTION TO view all clients by default - not have to take an extra step to select "terminated clients." I am working Billing and A/R - I need to see all clients, at all times - Having to try to remember to select this box evvery morning is really annoying

ability to run flexible reports on just one client (patient)
Ability to run reports on just one child/patient.
The lack of this feature makes it slightly labor intensive when I just want to look at the history of one patient. Which I want to do all the time. Please add this feature!

upload staff ad clients using excel
Using excel to upload all information into NPA for clients and/or staff with a preformatted template. This would help to load multiple staff or client members into NPA at a single time.

recurring appointments overhaul
Please add code into the scheduling portion of Go and Works that will NOT allow providers to schedule PAST the authorization on file in the system. Currently, a provider can add as many recurrences as they wish and it doesn't cause an issue until they try to render their appointments. They then take valuable time to have to redo or delete a ton of appointments they have entered. It would be so simple to just not allow the recurring appointment to exceed the date on the authorization selected on the initial appointment being set up as the base for the…

Flag appointment when there is a HUGE discrepency in Time entered
When a provider enters AM and the appointment was a PM appointment that ends in PM. If the client appoint shows start time as 1:00AM and ending at 5:00Pm there is OBVIOUSLY an error. The system should be intuitive enough to know that there is not going to be a service time running that long. A warning and inability to render the appointment until the time is checked and verified as correct should pop. A note such as WARNING the appoint time you selected shows 15hours of service! Pre-set Termination
When a staff submits their 2 week's notice for termination, it would be possible to set a termination date prior and have the system no longer give them access. In turn moving them from current staff to terminated on NPA, so that when the terminated box is not checked, the staff no longer appears.

Timesheet Lock Success Message
After a user locks their schedule by selecting "I affirm this statement" in the "Set Schedule Lock" pop-up, it would be nice if there was a success message like "Your schedule has been locked!" so that the user knows it has been submitted successfully. The only way to confirm it has been successful (at least to my knowledge) is by clicking "I affirm this statement" again and receiving the error prompt "Invalid Entry: Please select a new lock date, or click [Cancel] if you do not wish to change the schedule lock."

A way in NPA to show a Weekly projection of how TOTAL frequency services can be distributed for scheduling.
The logic is as follows: Assess a client and come up with a weekly estimate of Service Hours needed, then submit the total amount projected to the Funding Source (generally insurance company) to receive a 6 month auth. While the contract does not restrict from when these hours are provided, a weekly projection displayed would be helpful.

Inactivate Staff Services Provided
As clinical staff in an ABA Practice gain experience and higher level credentials, they are able to provide more specialized and advanced services - these can often bill for a higher rate and generate more income for a practice.
It would be helpful to have a way to update "old" services that a staff record used to provide, in such a way that practice would can "Inactivate" these old services, so more senior staff do not get accidentally scheduled for a lower-level/lower rate service.

Multiple Appointment Status Change: Staff Cancellation
When a staff is out we would love to have the ability to change the status to "staff cancellation" for all appointments on one day or a date range instead of having to go in and cancel each individual appointment.

Staff weekly work hours at glance on the schedules
To be able to see daily work hours at glance on the schedules. I find myself constantly running the staff weekly hours to make sure our employees get 8hrs a day. It makes the job very tedious to having to jump from the schedules to the report all day long.
