Rollover Unused Minutes
Having the option to rollover any unused minute for particular services (especially parent training or supervision) would be very helpful. Sometimes, clients don't opt to schedule parent training appointments for a full month, but then want to schedule several the following month. If there was an option when distributing the authorized units/minutes allowing us to rollover any unused minutes, it would also allow us to remain within the total authorized units but also adjust flexibly each month if need be.

time sheet signatures
Having staff signatures automatically populate time sheets and then batch print them for a whole pay period so we can have a pdf record of all staff's time sheets with signatures for a given pay period (i.e. 05/01/20-05/15/20).

COVID symptom checklist automatic message to families and staff
As we move back to in-person services, it would be wonderful to have the ability to automatically message staff and families with the CDC symptom checklist prior to an appointment. This could be an automatic text letting them know they must answer no to all symptoms or they need to cancel services.

Allow custom flex reports
There should be an option to add any data point to any flex report. For example, You should be able to add client DOB and account number to the insurance billing claims tracker, however they are not part of the column options. By allowing to import any data point in the column option, you should be able to build any report than you want. You would still have your default base reports, similar to what you have now, but giving us the power to manipulate the data in any way we see fit can solve 90% of the requests about…

I haven't been able to access reports in NPA yet. I've emailed and called, and no one is returning call/messages. Can someone help me ?
We need access to client reports. I was told that reports are in NPA, but haven't been able to access reports in NPA yet. I've left messages, and no one is returning email or calls. Also would be nice is report could be generated/accessed that shows total hours used and left for the month, and total sessions canceled by parent/client/staff. A list of service dates/hours would be easier than having to click on each day separately, and adding everything up. If this is all available here somewhere, training on how/where to access everything would be very helpful.

Allow deletion of unsynced Catalyst time sheets
Not sure if this should fall under billing, but since it effects billing accuracy I put it here. There needs to be a mechanism in which you can delete unused or unwanted Catalyst time sheets in the NPA works Catalyst sync screen. This should also effect unwanted/unused Clients and Employees.
For example, we have to create catalyst accounts for parents to record data. When you open the sync screen, all of the parent accounts are there and look like unsynced employees.
Another example is when there is a mistake in a Catalyst time sheet/SOAP note. Even if the error note…

Service Time in Contract Fulfillment or Appointments Admin - Parameter for Appts. Within Auth
A Column Option should be added to the Contract Fulfillment report that reflects service time whether rendered or not.
-AND/OR-
A Parameter on the Appointments Admin report that gives the user the ability to restrict displaying service appointments within a client's current contract start and end auth dates.

The software should allow saving/archiving/recall of all claims - original, corrected, voids, etc.
I am coming from the world of Central Reach. Did you know, in Central reach, when you generate a claim, that original claim is then always in the system. Unchanged.
If one needs to generate a corrected claim, they generate a NEW CORRECTED CLAIM - and the ORIGINAL WRONG CLAIM is still in the system, able to be reviewed and viewed, even printed. The system retains all claims - I could generate 12 corrected claims for the same DOS, and find all 12 of them in the system chronological.
Why on earth does NPA not do this?!?!?! Overwrite the original…

Daily Progress Notes with patient funding source ID and Guardian Signature included
The Daily Progress Notes currently only has the provider signature, but we also need the guardian signature included. Our funding sources would also like their ID on their report. We cannot make edits to include these if we do not have MS Word. If possible, it would be great to be able to select headings to populate in the Daily Progress Note to tailor it to what our funding sources requires.

Auto-Update Charge Line Status when Balance reaches 0
To reduce issues with inflated A/R balances in Flex Reports, it would be nice to have the option to automatically update the "Status" of a Charge Line to "Complete" once Payment has been applied and the associated Ins/Secondary/Patient balances reach 0, instead of requiring a user to manually apply an additional transaction to close out the charge.

Add Column on Client View screen to see the Preauth Status
Right now only the Contract/authorization BEG and end dates populate on the Client Screen. It would be very helpful to have an additional column, showing the Status of the Preauth- so have a drop down to State Auth 1- Progress Reports, Auth 2- Submitted to INS Auth-3 Rcv'd Verbal Auth, Auth 4-Rcv'd Written Auth...and so on.

Global School/District Referenced Schedules
For heavy School District based Clinics, it would be ideal to have a global to high level calendar that District funded client schedules could reference stored Holidays, Breaks, and Observed Non-Service days/weeks for the school year.
This would prove less cumbersome to the user, as they could propagate this global schedule into the client's Designated Services Weeks and recognized Observed Non-Service Days.

Show authorization start and end date for reports
Before NPA was updated, we were able to see when the client authorization started and when it ended. This really helped staff know when to start writing progress reports.

Increase Character Limit for Service Record display codes
Since display codes for Services are displayed fro scheduling purposes, we find it would be helpful to have a higher char. limit for them as to notate BCBA vs. BT variants of a particular service.
