Rendered in NPAWorks vs NPAGo
For both record-keeping and troubleshooting purposes, it would be beneficial for an appointment's 'Service Rendered/Completed' field in NPAGo and Appointments Admin to indicate if an appointment has been rendered from NPAWorks.
A message such as 'This appointment has been rendered from NPAWorks.' would be suitable
Appointments rendered from NPAWorks will not be able to capture a geolocation, so this message would be helpful for trying to distinguish between appointments that are missing a location for the rendered/completed field.

Validation for staff scheduled into overtime
A new validation warning that checks the amount of completed labor time for a staff and displays a message for staff would exceed their daily OT limit.
When the validation check is run on a staff's schedule, it should check the payroll time completed so far for the day (service & non-service payroll appts) and cause any appointments that will allow a staff to exceed their daily OT threshold to turn orange - preventing them from being rendered.

More flexibility in scheduling Appt Reminders to Guardians
Currently the reminder schedule options are: same day, next day, weekly (next 7 days). For example, would like to be able to send an email on Thursday but not for the next seven days, send the email reminder for the following Monday thru Sunday, or send emails on Friday for the next 10 days.

Validation Warning for Blue Appts when Scheduling on Holidays, etc.
Be able to have the blue appts follow the same rules as regular appts and get validation warnings when scheduling on a holiday, etc.

Customize Alerts/Flags Timeframe
Alerts are only set up for less than 30, 60 days etc. We should be able to customize the flagged alert system such as being able to set up custom days/time (i.e. flag clients when authorization is set to expire in 45 days instead of preset times)

Search Client List by Other Methods such as UCI
Be able to search the client list on main page by UCI number of other identifying info instead of just names. We have multiple clients with the same name, or sometimes receive info from the regional center that only identifies client by UCI number. It's impractical to always download the entire client list to an Excel spreadsheet just to be able to find the client.

Set default location per client service
When entering service locations in the contracts tab of client record, would like a way, when entering multiple locations, to select the default location based on the services being provided.

Drag appointments from one schedule to another
Ability to drag appoinments from one schedule to another instead of having to open the appt and/or remove/reschedule them.

Automatically update appt subject lines when staff or client name changes.
Currently, When you update the staff record, the staff's name is updated on the schedule window and on the provider field within existing appointments, but the updated name isn't changed on the appointment subject line.

Hire/termination date history
The ability to have multiple hire/termed dates for staff that term then come back to the company. This would help with recording keeping, scheduling, HR needs, etc.

Automatically assign Date of Release Signature to start of contract
On the Client Contract tab, auto-populate 'Date of Release Signature' with the begin date of the service contract, instead of having to manually enter the information.

Ability for the Scheduling Genie to account for traffic when suggesting possible providers.

Copy schedules
For clinic and school based practices, the ability to copy and extend an entire client's schedule when a new auth is received. Useful when schedules do not change from auth to auth.

Add columns to Time & Travel review to indicate if both service provider and guardian signatures have been captured for an appointment.

Work weeks
Ability to define the organization's work week for payroll purposes. Calculation of overtime will be based on the organization's defined work week rather than the current default of Sun-Sat.
