  2. Default pay code based on client service

    Ability to automatically change the staff's pay code based on client's service. This would mean there would be default pay codes for multiple services for the same staff, not just if its a service or non-service appointment.

    Staff are paid the BI rate for all 1:1/BHV/para services they provide, rather than their normal "hourly" rate. So, any service appt with one of these services, 1:1/BHV/para, would automatically get the BI rate pay code defaulted on the appt.

    This would help with payroll since staff are failing to change the pay code to the proper one.

  4. Assign modifiers based on group appointment size

    The ability for NPAWorks to recognize that an appointment is a group appointment, and then automatically assign the appropriate modifier depending on the group size.

  6. Automatically remove RBT Supervision tracking when appointments are cancelled

    If both RBT & Sup appointments get cancelled, auto uncheck the appt on the RBT tab to avoid having to run the report to check for the error and then go into the appointment to fix it.

  7. Easier way to select an appointment's non-default service locations.

    Option to change the appointment's service location if the location is not the default by selecting "Home, Clinic, School" (as examples) instead of the actual address, so that it is easier to select on the appointment.

  10. Print multiple monthly view calendars at one time

    Ability to print multiple calendars at one time, similar to Bulk PVR. Its easiest to enter billing data in Regional Center portals from a monthly calendar view and its time consuming to print the calendar from each clients' schedule.

  14. Tracking prorated authorized hours

    Ability to track authorizations 2 ways. For example, on a weekly total and for a max hours total per month. This is due to needing the weeks pro-rated. If the client has 10hrs/wk authorized, then they cannot exceed 43.33hrs/mo. Ability to enter both amounts in the client's record.

  15. Hide inactive services on staff record

    Currently, a staff record's "Services Provided" window lists all services for that office, regardless of whether it is active or inactive. Services that are marked as inactive and have never been used by a staff do not need to appear on this list.
    Services that are inactive, but have been previously used by a staff, should still be displayed in the "Services Provided" list for auditing and record-keeping purposes to show the staff did previously provide that service.

  19. Supervision tracking based on FS requirements

    Extend RBT feature to track the % of Supervision hours provided by staff for each client. Ability to set up set up the parameters based on FS needs, such as 5, 10, 20 %. Be able to track by client or staff.
