Remaining authorization hours on client service
Display a client's remaining authorized minutes in the Client Services tab which would show the same remaining auth. time value shown in the Contract Snapshot of client/staff schedule window.

Do not allow overlapping service appointments
Option to not allow 2 service overlapping appointments unless one of the appointments has zero service time. Still allowing by default overlap of a non-service appointment with a service appointment.

Automatically run contract fulfillment
Behavior Functions would like the ability to schedule the contract fulfillment details for each client per month to be automatically run and delivered. Because clients have different start and end dates for their contracts the reports need to be run client by client to get accurate totals.

Mass delete of appointments
The ability for an admin to mass delete appointments for a given date range. Have the option to select which clients and staff are deleted.

Payroll Wizard
A Payroll Wizard similar to the Claims Wizard. Checking payroll is difficult to do.
With a wizard, the system can check for validation warnings, pay codes, allow the user to review the subject line for non service appointments, are service appointments rendered with signatures and notes. The end result of the wizard would be the payroll report/export.6 votes -
Master office that stores all clients
Option for an office that stores ALL clients (something like a master office) so admin staff can go to one place to find client records. Currently the user needs to go into office and locate the client record.

Send messages/alerts from appointment window
For both group and individual appointments, ability to send customized texts/emails to clients and/or staff from the appointment window itself, with the ability for them to reply back to the patron scheduler/administrator only. For group appts, be able to send multiple texts/emails at one time.

More details for warning flags on client/staff pages
Display more information on why as staff or client has been flagged on the main pages. Currently, a red flag requires the user to investigate the client/staff record to see find what specific part of the record is causing the issue. Instead, be able to hover over the record so it will show exactly what has expired.

Inactivate Pay Codes
Ability to inactivate/hide pay codes that are no longer in use. It would be useful to have a selection box at the bottom of HR Management for ‘Show inactive pay codes’ like we have on the main screen for FS, services, staff, etc.

Double click open staff/client calendar
If we could open client or staff schedules by double clicking on their names not the calendar icon.

Drill down from Flex Reports
For all flex reports, be able to click within a cell and have the report show where the calculations came from. Example: on the Staff Productivity report click on the staff name cell, to see all appts that were used.

The ability to track Staff PTO. Track what staff has accrued for sick/vacation time and what they have used. This could then be used for the payroll process

Survey/checklist when locking schedules
Option for a brief survey/checklist for staff to complete before they are allowed to lock their schedules. This survey would give those staff members the chance to answer payroll questions and require them to more-closely review their schedule and correct any common errors before they are able to lock.

Pop-up option to text/email staff when an appt is canceled
When an appointment changes or get cancelled display a pop-up option to select if staff should be notified either by email or text to notify them that a change has been made to their schedule."

Alert when a client is deleted
Want an alert staff (set up by Dept. and/or job title) when a client is successfully deleted.
This is specifically for deleted clients, not terminated. The intention is to be alerted if clients are being deleted when they shouldn't be to help limit the severity of unintended deletions.

Security permissions based on user rather than role
When staff's responsibilities are changing quickly would be easier to have the system security be based off of a particular user rather than a role. This would allow more flexibility and be able to customize permissions smoothly.
